How can I choose a Mondial Relay Point or Locker for my order?

To choose a Point Relais or Locker with Mondial Relay, here’s what you need to do:

1. Add your products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

2. In the “Delivery” section, enter the full address of the Point Relais or Locker Mondial Relay where you would like to have your order delivered.

3. Click on “Validate the order” to complete your purchase.

4. Once payment is complete, we will receive all necessary information and manually enter it on the Mondial Relay website to send your package.

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 days in general.

Countries involved: Belgium, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal.

Important: Please make sure the address of the Point Relais or Locker is correct to avoid any confusion.

Attention : Our site does not directly offer Mondial Relay (available only in France). We will handle all orders manually on their website after receiving your order.

For Germany, Mondial Relay delivery is only available to home addresses.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of the package. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after placing it. Please contact us quickly at info@t-kworld.com with your order number. Once the shipment has begun, modifications are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return procedure after receiving the package.

How can I track my order?

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you once your order is shipped. You can also track your order from your customer account on our website.

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the package. Return fees are at the customer’s expense. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

My package is defective or damaged, what should I do?

If your package is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@t-kworld.com with:


• Your order number.

• Photos of the damaged/defective package.

We will do everything possible to resolve the issue promptly.
